Service Description
This Gentle Pilates is a form of very low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility using your own body weights. What is Pilates good for, you may ask? Well, there are tons of Pilates benefits you should be aware of. “Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will help you do everything better,” I'm saying “It strengthens and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.” Come and join my lovely group beginner to intermediate level (different option levels given during the class). You will love relaxing Atmosphere and that feeling afterwards :-) Class is every Tuesday 9.15 - 10.15am Location: Alcester Scout Centre
