Our men's Pilates class offers low-impact exercises to help you strengthen and stabilize your body and properly activate your core. This all translates into you maintaining and increasing your mobility and preventing injuries.
Traditional 'men's' workouts focus on contracting muscles, which makes them shorter, which then reduces mobility. Class is ideal for Golfers/Tennis players or Gents with busy lifestyle.

Characterized by slower movements and longer holds than other styles, Hatha yoga prepares the body for meditation and fosters mind-body awareness. The word "Hatha" can also mean "sun" (ha) and "moon" (tha), referring to the practice's goal of achieving inner balance

And when the exercises are done correctly, they are much more effective at building the capacity that you want and need.

You'll do 4 different types of exercises

  2. Muscular Strength and Endurance (20 mins) to firm up muscles and increase your capacity to go further, faster and for longer. Using resistance bands.
