​We operate a 12 hr cancellation policy on all our bookings. You can cancel via the app/booking system. (FinFit App)
If you cancel 12 hrs before the class start time the class credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel within the 12 hr window you will lose the class booking. Please log in into your account to cancel/reschedule your booking.
We have a no refund policy.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. If you’re running late, you may not be admitted to the class, this is for yours and your peers' safety and enjoyment. If you’re more than five minutes late, we may offer your space to someone who has dropped into the studio, so please inform the studio if you are running late.
