I am new to Class how do I know which class is good for me?If you are new to any Classes please book into one of our induction classes or to any beginners/Gentle class. If you’re attending a beginners class, let the teacher know you haven't done class before and they will help you through your exercise.

How do I book?All bookings are made easily through our "Fit by Wix" booking app or via our website. Fit by Wix booking app is available to download on all Apple or Android phones. Invite Code is finfit.

I have injury/health concern and I am unsure what Class is suitable for me?Please contact us on jana@finfitstudio.com and we can arrange a chat and advise you on the best class for you.

What should I wear and bring to class?Wear Comfortable Clothing, we recommend to tide hair back, no loose jewellery. You can wear Pilates/Yoga socks with grip - non slip ones, but is only optional. You can also purchase grip socks in studio. Please bring your own water and towel with you. Mats are available in studio also all equipment to exercise. So you don't need to bring your own mat.

Before my Class?Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. If you’re running late, you may not be admitted to the class, this is for yours and your peers' safety and enjoyment. If you’re more than five minutes late, we may offer your space to someone who has dropped into the studio, so please call the studio if you are running late. Please let us know if you have any health concerns or injuries. Always consult a doctor beforehand if you are unsure. Please make sure you complete our health questionnaire prior to Class.

I am Pregnant, what Class is suitable for me?Please check our timetable for our pregnancy Pilates class. You are also able to attend our Barre classes during the first trimester. Please note that our other classes are not suitable for Pregnancy. more info: jana@finfitstudio.com

How can I cancel Class/Private session boking?We operate a 12 hr cancellation policy on all our bookings. You can cancel via the app/booking system. (Fit via Wix) If you cancel 12 hrs before the class start time the class credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel within the 12 hr window you will lose the class booking. Please log in into your account to cancel/reschedule your booking. We have a no refund policy. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Can I buy pay as you go Class?Yes you can purchase pay as you go class on book just one off class whenever you feel like to come. But you still have to book via App - Fit by Wix (invite code - finfit) or on our website. Spaces are limited. You can also select pay cash on arrival.

Can I bring a friend to the class?Absolutely! You can make a guest booking when booking your class.

Do you offer gift Vouchers?Yes we do. You can purchase these on our booking app, directly on our website.

Do you have parking at your studio?We do not have customer parking at the studio. Studio is located on high street in Alcester opposite Church. The nearest free parking can be found by Town Hall, High Street or Waitrose Car park or Bulls head Car Park. There is plenty of free parking available with very little distance (usually couple minutes) walk to studio.

Do you have changing facilities in your Studio?There is a toilet with a small changing area. Please note we do not have showers.

Do you offer Personal Training at your Studio?Yes we offer Personal Training at our Studio, we have separate weight room where we train all our clients, you can book directly on App or via our website. More info jana@finfitstudio.com

How do I cancel my Membership/Subscription?There is a 3 month minimum commitment on all our memberships. After this we require one month's notice for all subscriptions.

Can I pause my membership/subscription?Yes, you can pause your membership/subscription if you going away longer than 7 days. Anything below 7 days we won't be able to pause for you. Please Contact studio for more info: jana@finfitstudio.com

Do you offer Private lessons?Yes we do. Private lessons are by appointment only. If you new to exercise or Pilates and you would like to book private lessons to learn about principles of pilates. Please contact us for availability and pricing jana@finfitstudio.com

Can I attend Class without completing Health Questionnaire?No, You can't attend any classes at Fin Fit Studio without completing our Health Questionnaire. What is your Cancelation Policy?Our aim is to keep classes accessible, our teachers supported, and our spaces flowing. That’s why we ask all clients to follow our 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your class, you still will be charged for that Class, no credit transferring for next time. If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, a no-show fee applies. We understand that life happens. But with smaller class sizes and regular waitlists, these policies help ensure more people get the chance to attend and our community keeps moving together. If you’re unable to make it to class, please cancel. Even if it’s last-minute. You can cancel via your account, or message/email us. If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, a no-show fee applies.
