Service Description
This Gentle Pilates is a form of very low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility using your own body weights. What is Pilates good for, you may ask? Well, there are tons of Pilates benefits you should be aware of. “Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will help you do everything better,” We are saying “It strengthens and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.” Come and join our lovely beginner group (different option levels given during the class). You will love relaxing Atmosphere and that feeling afterwards :-)

Cancellation Policy
We operate a 12 hr cancellation policy on all our bookings. You can cancel via the app/booking system. (FinFit App) If you cancel 12 hrs before the class start time the full amount of the class price will be returned to your account. If you cancel within the 12 hr window you will lose the class booking. You can Reschedule 8hrs before the Class Starts. Please log in into your account to cancel/reschedule your booking ASAP. We have a no refund policy. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. If you’re running late, you may not be admitted to the class, this is for yours and your peers' safety and enjoyment. If you’re more than five minutes late, we may offer your space to someone who has dropped into the studio, so please inform the studio if you are running late.
