Service Description

Pilates stretch involves lengthening the body through focused, controlled movements that improve flexibility, posture, and core strength. Unlike static stretches, Pilates stretches are dynamic, often incorporating breathing, core engagement, and spinal articulation like spine rolls and twists, but also include hold stretches such as the child's pose and mermaid stretch. The goal is to strengthen and lengthen muscles simultaneously, leading to improved movement freedom and reduced restriction.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a 12 hr cancellation policy on all our bookings. You can cancel via the app/booking system. (FinFit App) If you cancel 12 hrs before the class start time the full amount of the class price will be returned to your account. If you cancel within the 12 hr window you will lose the class booking. You can Reschedule 8hrs before the Class Starts. Please log in into your account to cancel/reschedule your booking ASAP. We have a no refund policy. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. If you’re running late, you may not be admitted to the class, this is for yours and your peers' safety and enjoyment. If you’re more than five minutes late, we may offer your space to someone who has dropped into the studio, so please inform the studio if you are running late.
