I'm currently teaching Fitness /Pilates Classes or Personal Training in Warwickshire.

All my workouts are designed for everyone with a busy lifestyle, so you can do them anywhere, anytime. You don’t need a gym membership or expensive equipment to get in the best shape of your life.

Everything will be tailored exactly to your needs because I strongly believe that when it comes to health and fitness there is no such thing as ‘one size fits all’.

I want to help others make significant changes to their health and fitness without feeling like they have to give up everything else in their life. 

With me as your personal trainer you will achieve your health, wellness and fitness goals. I will design you an individualized strength and conditioning program, specifically for your needs.

About Me

Jana Finson

I am a qualified Personal trainer, whom is personable, friendly and enthusiastic. 

I specialise in instruction for Pilates and Exercise to Music. 

I am primed and ready to help you achieve and optimise your health and fitness goals! 

Together we can improve your strength, toning, fat loss and endurance, all whilst maximising your fitness levels.  This as a result will drastically increase your energy levels, general wellbeing and confidence .


I have always been very active daily since I was a child, I was born and raised in Central Europe -Slovakia. 

I have a passion for sport in general,  primarily in Rhythmic Gymnastics and from the age of 4. 

I very much enjoy the outdoors and nature. My Favorite activities are Pilates, Weight Training, Swimming, Tennis, Walking and/or Running.


*CYQ Level 3 –  Diploma in Personal Training

*Sports Conditioning, Group Exercise in Outdoor Environments

*CYQ Level 2 Exercise to music

*VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Pilates

*Level 3 Award from VTCT in Designing Pre- and Post-natal Exercise Programs

*Barre Pilates CPD

*CYQ Level 2 Indoor Cycling


Ultimately, together we will work hard, hard work equals results, but rest assured it will always be fun and you will get the outcome you desire - Guaranteed!
